A research team led by Columbia University Biomedical Engineering's Clark T. Hung and Nadeen O. Chahine has secured a nearly $39 million contract from the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H). The project aims to develop living knee replacements using biomaterials and human stem cells, including a patient’s own cells.
